DDS supports a wide range of different exchanges and many magnetic tape systems. Over the past seven years support has been added for most of the available equipment seen in telephone exchanges, and new device types are added as required. A wide range of protocols is supported.

The following list indicates the telephone exchanges that have been verified as fully operational. In all cases DDS has passed local homologation in one or more countries. In some cases DDS has undergone vender testing to certify DDS for use with that equipment.
